In the heart of the Poitou Charentes region, the Natura Resort Pescalis welcomes you to the Deux Sèvres for a vacation dedicated to fishing and nature. The Domaine de Pescalis is a 150-hectare estate, unique in Europe, and a paradise for both experienced and novice anglers thanks to its many ponds. No-kill fishing (fish are returned to the water) in an unspoilt natural environment. The Natura Resort Pescalis residence also offers you an active vacation thanks to the many activities available for the whole family.

Natura Resort is also less than half an hour from the Parc du Puy du Fou.

Reception may be closed one or two days a week for weekly rest days.

It is essential to notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival before the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed. Arrival outside reception opening hours is subject to a special key collection procedure. Failure to do so means access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

From the north: From Cholet, take the D744 towards Poitiers, then Niort, via Mauléon.

Where is Natura Resort Pescalis located?
Natura Resort Pescalis – Terres de France is located in Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre, in the north of the Deux-Sèvres department, on the border between the Marais Poitevin and Puy du Fou.
Set in the heart of the Pescalis nature reserve, the resort covers over 150 hectares dedicated to catch-and-release fishing, nature and family holidays.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. We offer an early check-in option (accommodation available from 1 pm) and a late check-out option (accommodation available until 1 pm). These options are available for €19 each, subject to prior booking. They are not available in July and August.
What happens on arrival after reception has closed?
Late arrival is perfectly possible. Access instructions, along with the necessary codes, will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival. Please note that the full cost of your stay must be paid in full before you can access the accommodation.
What is the minimum length of stay?
