• For any arrival outside reception opening hours, it's imperative to inform the residence at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Reception opening hours : Off season Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday : 9h-12h / 14h-18h. Wednesday and Sunday : closed.
• In season : Monday to Saturday : 9h-12h / 16h-20h. Sunday : 9h-11h
  En Saison: Lundi au Samedi : 9h-12h et 16h-20h ; Dimanche: 9h00-11h00
• Opening hours of the heated swimming pool : coming soon...

Description of accomodation in the Domaine du Palais :

The Domaine du Palais in Saint-Lizier offers comfortable and well-equipped apartments, ideal for spending a green holiday in Ariège.
The residence has 54 fully equipped apartments spread over 5 separate buildings. The apartments are spacious (ranging from 40 to 80 m2), in the heart of a privileged landscaped environment. The panorama offered by the apartments of the Domaine du Palais is exceptional. All the apartments are equipped with storage, bathrooms with bathtub, living room, television, WiFi and equipped kitchen.

Our different types of rental apartments : 

Apartment  2 people : 

The 2-room apartments offer a large area of approximately 41 m², divided between a bedroom with double bed, a sleeping area with single bed and a living room with a single sofa bed OR a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed 2 people. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The apartments have a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or a bathtub, with separate WC or not depending on the apartment.

Apartment for 4 people : 

The 2-room apartments offer a large area of approximately 41 m², divided between a bedroom with double bed, a sleeping area with single bed and a living room with a single sofa bed OR a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed 2 people. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The apartments have a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bath, separate toilet or not depending on the apartment.

This category exists for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment for 6 people :

The duplex apartments offer you a beautiful area of approximately 48m². Several configurations exist with the historic character of the buildings. Upstairs there is a double bed + a single bed or a double bed + 2 single beds. A sleeping area downstairs with a single bed or bunk beds. A living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. The total number of beds is always equal to 5 people. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The apartments have a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bath, separate toilet or not depending on the apartment.

Privilege Apartment for 4 people :

The "Privilege" flats offer you a nice surface of about 58m² divided between a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.

The living room opens onto a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The flats have a flat screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

"Privilege" category includes a coffee machine with capsules, bed linen and towels. This category offers a privileged view of the Pyrenees.

Privilege apartment for 6 personnes :

The "Privilege" apartments offer you a beautiful area of around 58m² divided between a bedroom with a double bed upstairs, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The living room opens onto a fitted kitchen area (small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) with a table and chairs. The apartments have a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with WC.

This category inclueds an automatic coffee maker with capsules, bed linen and towels. This type of category offers a privileged view of the Pyrenees.
