Our holiday resort is located in Prayssac, a small and picturesque village, un petit village authentique au charme prononcé, apaisé par les berges du Lot. Cette résidence au coeur des vignes vous permettra de découvrir les nombreux atouts du Quercy, à quelques kilomètres de Cahors et de Saint Cirq Lapopie.

Our accommodation are spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary furniture so you can relax and fully seize the day.

Studio 2/3 guests :

(25 to 28 sqm) our studios consist of : a living room (table and chairs, one sofa bed, a table & chairs, a flat screen TV,) a kitchen ( electric cooking hods, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge/freezer, kitchenware…) a private bathroom (shower, sink & mirror), a private toilet, as well as a terrace with garden furniture.

 2-room apartment - 4 guests :

(29 sqm) 2 rooms apartment consist of : 1 bedroom with a double bed, one living room (sofa, table & chairs, sofa bed for 2 guests, flat screen TV) a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooking hob, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge & freezer, kitchenware...) a private bathroom (shower, sink & mirror) private toilet and a terrace with garden furniture.

3-room apartment - 4/6 guests :

(43 sqm) 3 rooms apartment consist of : 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one living room (sofa, table & chairs, sofa bed for 2 guests, flat screen TV) a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooking hob, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge & freezer, kitchenware...) a private bathroom (shower, sink & mirror) private toilet and a terrace with garden furniture.
