Présentation du domaine de Kerioche :  

30 minutes from the Golfe du Morbihan, its authentic beaches and the mythical forest of Broceliande, discover the Breton city of character of Rochefort en Terre, a village classified as the most beautiful village in France and awarded by the French in 2016. At the top of a rocky hillock overlooking the Gueuzon valley, you can stroll through the streets of a picturesque and lively village all year round and relive Breton history through a discovery of the town, which has preserved its heritage over time by combining various architectural styles (timber-framed houses, Gothic style, Renaissance, mansions, 19th century architecture ...).

Close to the picturesque village of Rochefort-en-Terre and less than 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, discover the Domaine de Kerioche on the Moulin Neuf pond. A place that combines nature, ecology, historical heritage and modernity. Around a 15-hectare lake and in a 30-hectare forest park, stay in an exceptional residence located in a pedestrian park with trees, overlooking the Moulin Neuf lake.

The spacious cottages of this domain, which can accommodate up to 6 people, have been fitted out in order to bring you all the comfort and the equipment necessary to the success of your stay. Each house also has a large furnished terrace to share unforgettable moments.

As for leisure activities, the Domaine de Kerioche offers a wide range of sports and leisure facilities for the whole family (tennis, mountain biking, multi-sports ground, health course...), a heated outdoor swimming pool, a beach with a nautical base, playgrounds and a children's club, and free entertainment in summer.

Each house has an independent entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, large flat screen TV HD - International channels, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large terrace with garden furniture.

All our houses have free Wifi.

3-room apartment for 6 people :

Each house has an independent entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, a living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, large flat screen TV HD - International channels, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large terrace with garden furniture.

All our houses have free Wifi.

Facilities of the Domaine de Kerioche residence : 

The leisure center of Moulin Neuf, has a beach with an unsupervised swimming area. Ideal for a lazy afternoon, this leisure center offers many aquatic activities (pedal boats, waterball, canoe...), and land activities (bike rental, rosalie...).

A Parcabout (acrobatic course in the trees) and a Tyrolean traverse are open on the lake of Moulin Neuf.
