Values from the family patrimony

Established in 2007, the group Terres de France dues its strong growth to the maintaining of its values by all its employees.

Originally Terres de France is a shared family project. Jean-Marc Bournais, founder of the group, was surrounded by his two sons, who brought him valuable knowledge in marketing and business strategy.

This family dimension is felt among the teams, advocating strong and predominant values in management:

Eco-responsibility

The Terres de France group internalizes the issue of sustainable development even within work processes, minimizing the impact on the environment. Sorting, energy savings or use of recycled products, the entire staff is involved.

In this context, Terres de France is committed to:

•    Integrating environmental recommendations in designing and building its resorts
•    Ensure continuous improvement of environmental management in our villages, homes and hotels
•    Integrating ecology and sustainable development in all activities
•    Inform customers and raise awareness in respect of the environmental
•    Report annually on the means used to implement these commitments and progress

This eco-friendly approach is also highlighted through the establishments of our resorts. On the countryside with great tourist potential, the group highlights local products and knowledge. As such, a space is dedicated at the reception, to local actors who want to make themselves known.

Finally, the group sponsors and organizes events to highlight the importance of sustainable development for a brighter future.
