Located in the heart of the city of Allevard-les-Bains and a few steps away from the thermal center, the Residence Les Silènes welcomes you in a pleasant and relaxing setting.

The Residence Les Silènes offers 45 apartments for rent. All the apartments are T2 type and propose you beautiful services. Each apartment has an independent bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The living room is perfectly equipped and has a space with equipped kitchen.

Particularly well adapted to the reception of the curists of Allevard, the residence is also available for the tourist stays in Isère. In winter, the residence Les Silènes allows you to access the ski resort of Collet d'Allevard a few kilometers away and in summer you can explore the magnificent Belledonne massif.

Description of the apartments in the residence:

The residence offers apartments for rent that can accommodate up to 4 people. Our apartments are all equipped with a small functional kitchen (microwave/grill, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer), bathroom with bath or shower and separate or separate WC depending on the apartment, free WIFI internet access in the apartments, television and terrace.

Apartments 2 rooms - 2 persons :

The 2 room apartments for 2 persons have a nice surface of 29m², divided between a bedroom with two separate beds or double bed and a living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and dishes) with a table and 4 chairs. A sofa and a flat screen TV complete the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or a shower for the upper apartment and a toilet.

Apartments 2 rooms - 4 persons :

The two-room apartments for 4 people offer a large surface area of 29 m², divided between a bedroom with two separate beds or a double bed and a living room. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishes) with a table and chairs. A sofa bed (2 pull-out beds, convertible sofa or benches) and a flat screen TV complete the living room area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or shower and a toilet.

Each apartment is available in "comfort" or "superior" configuration. The superior apartments have a bathroom and a more modern decoration.

Allevard-les-Bains is a spa town located in the French Alps, about 40 minutes from Grenoble. The town is famous for its thermal waters and hot springs, as well as for its outdoor activities. Here are some of the best activities to do in the area:

The Allevard thermal baths: The Allevard thermal baths are one of the main tourist attractions in the town. The thermal waters of Allevard are known for their curative properties, especially for respiratory and rheumatic diseases. The thermal baths offer a wide range of treatments, as well as a relaxation area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Hiking: Allevard-les-Bains is surrounded by mountains, which makes it an ideal place for hiking. There are dozens of hiking trails in the area, ranging from easy walks to more difficult hikes. The GR738 long-distance hiking trail also passes through the area, making it an excellent starting point for long-distance hikers.

Skiing: The Allevard-les-Bains region is also known for its ski resorts. The ski resort of Le Collet d'Allevard is the closest to the town and offers slopes for all levels, as well as a snowpark and snowshoe trails.
