Located in the North Alps region, in the thermal city of Allevard-les-Bains, the Appart’Hotel le Splendid is a 3-star holiday residence, offering comfortable and fully equipped apartments with a secured and private parking.

Our residence is located between Grenoble and Chambery, in the very heart of the thermal city of Allevard at 10km from the Collet d'Allevard skiing stations and at less than 30 minutes from 7 Laux skiing station at Le Pleynet. 

Ideally located (at only 4km from the A41 road), our residence offers an ideal location to visit the Alps region, to enjoy skiing or hiking during the summer time!

On the spot, you will discover a magnificent architecture, as this residence was a Palace at its begining in 1908. The residence offers 97 apartments to rent from the studio for 2 guests to the 3 rooms apartment for 6 guests.  

Catering & Food Places in Allevard: 

The Splendid resort do not offer any catering service. However you can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen of your apartment or the various restaurants in the city centre of Allevard or surroundings cities ! For events and seminars, we also offer chef services.

Each studio also has a bathroom with bath, separate toilet.

Comfortable apartment from 25 to 32 sqm, consist of : a living room (a large double bed, a cjair & tables, a flat TV screen), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchenware, cooking hods), a private bathroom and a private toilet.

Apartment 2 Rooms – 4 Guests :

Comfortable apartment from 31 to 51 sqm, consist of : a living room (a sofa bed for two guests, a cjair & tables, a flat TV screen), one bedroom with two simple beds , a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchenware, cooking hods), a private bathroom and a private toilet.

Apartment 3 Rooms – 6 Guests :
